We help top-tier banks, fintechs, and financial institutions fight financial crime through AI-powered AML and KYC automation. Trusted by over 70% of the biggest financial institutions in Scandinavia. We have made grounds in the UK with customers like British Land, and we are hiring an additional B2B enterprise sales person to take our UK expansion to the next stage.

The Role

This is a quota-carrying Account Executive position, focused entirely on the UK market. You'll be joining a small team of two as an individual contributor. Your aim is to further materialise Strise’s UK expansion through building and managing pipeline, running full sales cycle and selling Strise’s SaaS and/or agentic AI platform to AML regulated companies.

The people you'll sell to are compliance leaders and C-suite executives at financial institutions that are AML regulated - smart, cautious and detail oriented buyers with real problems and real budgets. What You'll Own
  • Build and manage a robust UK pipeline across our Ideal Customer Profile - AML regulated financial institutions - particularly, banks, payment institutions and asset management firms.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including board-level approvals for the change management that Strise’s solutions entail.
  • Demo and sell SaaS and agentic AI solution to buyers who are seeking business value/ROI from automation driven
  • change management solutions (system and human overhead cost optimisations, time savings and higher quality compliance).
  • Multithread across compliance, IT, and C-suite stakeholders both within customers.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, post-sales, product and tech to move deals through the pipeline to close.

  • You have a proven background in B2B enterprise sales toward a regulated industry.
  • You've sold complex, high-value SaaS and/or agentic AI solutions (six-figure deals) and are comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles which requires detail orientation.
  • You know the UK market well and have a network to tap into from day one.
  • You're genuinely excited by the business value that agentic AI technology can deliver to customers as well as applying the technology for your work efficiency.
  • You're a driven individual contributor who stakes your value to commission.
  • You know MEDDPICC is a sales methodology, not a health tech startup
Don't Apply If
  • You come from a data vendor or large corporate where everything moves slowly, has a prescribe sales process and is driven by committees.
  • You think of B2B sales as individual transactions rather than complex, multi-threading relationship plays.
  • You're not genuinely interested in how AML and financial crime compliance is ripe for automation.
Fantastic to Have
  • Experience selling AML/KYC compliance software that entails change management within the customers. Extra bonus if you have a vertical expertise (banking, payments or asset management).
  • Experience at a VC-backed scale-up or early-stage company.
  • MEDDPICC certified or practising.
