We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our UK team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our programmatic operations, specifically focusing on supporting omnichannel DSPs through the Vistar SSP (Supply-Side Platform).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and programmatic advertising. You’ll be the "engine room" of the account team—ensuring campaigns launch flawlessly, revenue is tracked accurately, and our clients feel supported at every turn.

What you’ll do:
  • Act as the day to day support contact for omnichannel DSPs utilising the Vistar SSP across EMEA

  • Assist in responding to client briefs with data-driven recommendations.

  • Hands-on management of campaign setups and monitoring

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve delivery issues, creative rejection hurdles, or technical glitches within the bid stream.

  • Monitor daily revenue and spend patterns across the EMEA region.

  • Proactively identify under-pacing campaigns and work with the DSP partners to scale spend.

  • Track regional performance to support the Director, Supply UK identify growth opportunities for key DSPs

  • Manage general day-to-day communications with agency partners and DSP traders.

  • Maintain internal tracking docs to ensure the sales team is always up to speed on account health..

What experience we’re looking for:
  • Experience of ad-tech platforms would be an advantage
