About the Role:

Reporting to: Account Manager.

Fuse is looking for a passionate and driven Account Executive to join a fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile football account with FedEx to deliver their UEFA Champions League sponsorship.

The main responsibilities of the role will be leading the day-to-day key tasks and overall management of key areas of marketing and activation of sponsorship rights, including managing agency partners, rights management and activation, digital activation, and managing UEFA approvals.

While most of your time will be spent in our London office, there will be opportunities to travel within the UK and internationally for site visits, events, meetings, and some weekend work.

The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting ongoing projects.

Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Day-to-day management of key clients and workstreams
  • Management of FedEx market activation plans and UEFA approvals
  • Management, tracking and delivery of FedEx rights, including trophy appearances, LEDs & stadium activations
  • Supporting the delivery of FedEx digital activations across UEFA channels, including contracted social media posts, email/newsletter campaigns, and reporting
  • Supporting the management of FedEx’s media partnerships and branded content campaigns
  • Being proactive and the leading expert in educating the clients and FedEx markets on how to leverage rights aligned with rights holder guidelines
  • Project management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects, including reporting
  • Stakeholder Management (internal, rightsholder and clients) – management of weekly client/internal status meetings, agendas, and follow up notes

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
  • A passion for sport and entertainment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, yet ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • A can-do, positive, friendly attitude

This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
