MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

MOO's Business Services offering provides an online platform for businesses to create and scale their beautiful print products with the click of a few buttons (just like magic). Our Business Service clients range from robust corporations looking for consistency and brand control to creative resellers who partner with MOO to bring their designs to life and delight their clients.

While we don't have any open positions at the moment, we're always on the lookout for motivated and ambitious Account Executives who can help us continue the current success of our MOO Business Services. As an Account Executive at MOO, you would be the initial point of contact for prospective new business clients, offering support and guidance with starting or scaling their branded print and custom merchandise needs.

In this role, you would serve as the first human contact for business customers, introducing them to our service, design, and product offerings. You would onboard new clients accounts for first orders and subscriptions and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or Customer Success team. Alongside providing live demonstrations of our business platform, helping prospective clients product samples, and educating them on our product and service offerings.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make 35+ calls a day, dig deeper into their funnels to make creative sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. With 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, you should be goal-oriented, coachable, and enjoy learning new skills and strategies. You should also be professional, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in writing, and have an organised and disciplined approach to your day-to-day processes.

Your role would also involve managing a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channels. Achieving monthly new account and revenue targets, meet and exceed daily outbound activity requirements. An interest or background in design and print is beneficial, and experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Adobe Workfront or other ticketing systems is a plus.

If the above sounds like you - we encourage you to apply and express your interest. You might be the perfect fit for the MOO team when a position becomes available.

What’s it like to work at MOO?

We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success – while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.

That’s why we offer 25 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, MOO’s share option scheme, and paid parental leave. We’ll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, and a cycle to work scheme. We also offer flexible work schedules with hybrid and remote working for certain roles as well as a Work From Anywhere program.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning.
