Our production division St Marks Studios – is a creative powerhouse which produces engaging social media content, films, photography and events.
We’ve landed Cannes Lions, D&AD pencils and over 120 awards in a variety of sectors including technology, entertainment, sport, travel, automotive and food and drink.
The chances are you’ve probably seen some of our work in your news feed but such campaigns take nerve, client and agency collaboration and hard graft. The case studies on our site are a testament to our client partners who want to stand out from the crowd and have a huge amount of fun making it all happen along the way.

We currently employ 30 people at our West End offices and have created a fun, vibrant work culture to bring out the best of their talents – with a big focus on mental wellbeing, training and continuous personal development.
The agency has funded and co-authored a course at Brixton’s School of Communication Arts – which awards places to non-University educated students from diverse backgrounds to help them get a foot on the creative industries ladder.

Job Description

Taylor Herring & St Marks Studios, multi-award winning PR & Production Agencies, have had a huge growth spurt with a growing number of productions, events, experientials, clients & suppliers. We operate an in house OOH production studio, a film unit, talent management specialisms, prop building, locations finding, travel widely and build experientials everywhere.

We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced production environment, across a wide client portfolio, supporting client requests, production processes and facilitating smooth running of operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production team in managing invoices, supplier payments & budget reconciliations
• Keeping track of the status of contracts and sending them out for signature
• Act as the liaison between the production teams & Publicis Media 
• Partner with our finance teams to ensure consistent & accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be someone with a business mindset who can work at pace and juggle multiple priorities. They will have a high attention-to-detail and enjoy problem solving, while proactively supporting the wider business.
