Build pipeline from scratch, define the ideal customer profile, sell autonomous AI-native QA software to CTOs and founders, close B2B SaaS deals, and develop a repeatable sales playbook. The Account Executive will translate technical customer pain into business value, operate autonomously in an ambiguous startup environment, collaborate with founders and product leadership, and provide customer insights to influence roadmap and category strategy.

Change Software Forever

Most Account Executive roles sell incremental improvements. This one sells a fundamental shift in how software gets built and shipped. AI is making engineers dramatically more productive. The problem is nobody fully trusts what AI ships.

Why this matters now

AI is rewriting how software gets built. But shipping still breaks on testing. Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without dropping quality, and they can't get there with manual QA or brittle test automation.

Here's the bigger shift: as AI writes more of the code, the bottleneck moves from generating software to trusting it. Nobody owns that trust layer yet. Duku is building it, autonomous agents that simulate real users, catch critical failures before production, and self-heal as the product evolves.

Backed by experienced operators and investors, we're building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack. We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to help define the category. Not someone to inherit a playbook. Someone to build one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the market: You’ll build pipeline from scratch, sharpen ICP, and close deals at CTO and founder level. No hand-holding. Full autonomy.
  • Master the problem: You’ll learn how to speak the language of engineering leaders. You’ll turn deep product insight and user pain into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Sell with precision: Our buyers are technical and discerning. You’ll connect our product to business value: shipping faster, reducing incident costs, increasing developer throughput.
  • Close the loop:You’ll sit with founders and product weekly. You’ll bring customer truth to roadmap decisions and help shape how the category is defined.
  • Build repeatability: You’ll design, test, and scale the playbook , messaging, sequences, qualification, pricing , and evolve it every week.

Who You Are

  • You outperform because you combine intelligence, composure, hunger, and clarity of thought.
  • High agency: You operate like an owner. You don’t wait for instructions; you create opportunity.
  • Sharp communicator: You can cut complexity down to a sentence. You speak with confidence and insight.
  • Relentlessly curious: You want to understand product, not just pitch it. You’re energised by unpacking problems and building conviction.
  • Commercial athlete: You move fast, listen well, learn faster, and consistently turn conversations into revenue.

Ideal Background

We don’t care where you “should” have come from. We care about trajectory and proof of excellence.

Relevant signals:

  • Consistent over-performance in B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling to technical buyers
  • Comfortable selling early product
  • Worked in fast, ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to create pipeline from zero

If you’ve built from scratch before or sold a new category ,even better.

Why Now

AI is rewriting software development.

But shipping still breaks on testing.

Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without lowering quality. They can’t do it with manual QA or brittle test automation. They will need autonomous agents , full stop.

Five years from now, every high-velocity team will depend on AI-native QA. We’re building the platform that gets them there and would love for you to join us.
