Minimum Requirements

  • 5–8 years of success as a full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing $50K+ ARR opportunities.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to build executive relationships, uncover business challenges, and deliver strategic value.
  • Proactive in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can make a meaningful impact and help shape the company's success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling ITSM, ESM, or other enterprise SaaS solutions into enterprise IT organizations, engaging C-level and senior business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through strategic territory planning, partner collaboration, and complex enterprise sales.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability to change.
