Primary Purpose: The Account Executive will join the Online Wholesale Sales team for a 12-month fixed-term contract and support with maintaining and developing key and multi-brand online accounts for Coach and Kate Spade in Europe.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale to:

  • Assist the Account Manager with requests and requirements for European online accounts
  • Track sales weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly and produce seasonal trade reports to highlight wins, challenges and opportunities
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to manage the order lifecycle: order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the smooth shipment of the order book
  • Share updated ATS lists on a weekly basis for both brands, recommend swaps and reorders to drive in-season trade
  • Develop short-term seasonal plans to meet sell-through targets and present in monthly sell-through meetings
  • Participate in trade calls and raise queries/concerns where relevant
  • Manage weekly site canvassing to drive trade and in-season actions
  • With the support of the Account Manager, communicate with Accounts Receivable on payment issues, claims, and queries
  • Support the Account Manager during 4 markets a year across Women's & Men's Leathergoods, assist during appointments and manage pre-market preparation (e.g. line sheets, Go to Market deck, imagery)
  • Communicate clear deadlines to accounts and manage orders and processing in NuOrder
  • Support the Account Manager with planning quarterly and yearly sales forecast
  • Own the management of the client database, update cross-functional teams on organizational changes and ensure the correct contacts are used across all teams
  • Partner with Wholesale Customer Service to ensure timely deliveries and highlight concerns ahead of time with the Account Manager where relevant
  • Liaise with Marketing & PR teams on marketing activations, ensure products are delivered on time, available and ready to go-live in line with marketing timelines
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Wholesale Operations on warehouse delivery dates and delays


The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Wholesale/Sales, or Online Merchandising/Buying
  • Highly analytical, strong numerical skills and proven experience tracking and analysing trade/sales data
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and target driven to achieve sales
  • Team player, confident and personable
  • A self-starter with the ability to independently manage time and workload effectively
  • Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
