Do you need to believe in the product you’re selling? Are you looking to join a team that’s passionate about making an impact and achieving results? Do you want to be part of the movement to help restaurants write their comeback story? Three times, yes? Join our team!

This is a field-first role. You will be in market across West London, from Notting Hill to Fulham, Shepherd's Bush to Kensington. Walk in doors. Build real relationships with restaurant owners and operators. If you run on autonomy, love the grind of territory ownership, and close on discipline rather than luck, this role was built for you.

The Sale

Buyer: Independent restaurant owners, multi-site operators, and hospitality groups across West London. Sales cycle: 2 to 4 weeks. Environment: Field-heavy, outbound-first, full ownership from prospecting to close.

Who We Are:

Popmenu is a fast-growing restaurant technology company transforming how restaurants attract, engage, and serve their guests. Founded in 2016 and now serving around 12,000 locations worldwide, we’ve pioneered a dynamic menu experience that converts more browsers into customers and replaces numerous individual marketing tools with one integrated platform.

We’re passionate about helping the hospitality sector thrive with solutions that make the challenge of growing a restaurant smarter, simpler, and more profitable. We are now focused on rapidly building our presence across the UK.
As an Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor responsible for winning new business and driving revenue growth across a defined UK territory. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, building relationships, and managing a full sales cycle through to close. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Client Success to ensure restaurants see immediate value from Popmenu.

Requirements

What You'll Do

    • Own the West London territory and build a consistent pipeline of restaurant and hospitality prospects
    • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, walk-ins, networking, and industry events
    • Run a full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals without heavy oversight
    • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • Develop relationships with decision-makers across target accounts: owners, operators, and GMs
    • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce
    • Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless handoff and onboarding experience post-sale
    • Represent Popmenu at industry events and client meetings across West London

Who You Are

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota-carrying track record
    • Ideally came up through an SDR or BDR role before moving into a closing position
    • Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment where you build your own pipeline
    • Experience in SaaS or hospitality technology is a strong plus
    • A strong local network in the London restaurant and hospitality scene is a bonus
    • Autonomous and self-motivated. You do not need a playbook handed to you
    • Gritty and coachable. You handle rejection well and stay hungry
    • Excited about Popmenu's product and mission to help restaurants thrive
    • Willing to attend client meetings in West London regularly. You do not need to live there
