Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and/or operations

Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Experience: Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
  • Operational Liaison: Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Content management: Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience
  • Media Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards.
  • Communication with Partners: Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices.
  • Reporting: Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary.
