The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) has a mission to evangelize and develop an interest in Cycode. The RSM is then responsible for prospecting into targeted accounts within a geographic area to create a pipeline and drive the adoption and acquisition of new accounts. The ideal candidate has command of strong sales fundamentals and exceptional documentation/communication of activities through SFDC.
Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in Field Sales experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience in Security space, AppSec is a must
- History working within an early-stage scaling company.
- Adaptable and able to excel in a quickly evolving environment.
- Successful experience running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and owning a million-dollar+ quota.
- History of strong sales performance and quota attainment.
- Accurate forecasting skills.
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with sales processes such as MEDDICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
