Market Research Account Executive - French or German

Organisations are under intense pressure to move faster, reduce research spend, and make better decisions. They no longer want disconnected tools, agencies, and one-off projects. As an MR Account Executive, you will sell that shift — landing new logos, displacing legacy agencies and point tools, and building multi-year, SaaS-led MR platforms across Marketing, Product and Insights teams.
How You’ll Find Success
- Selling business outcomes (speed to market, campaign ROI, product success), not research projects
- Running mid-market SaaS cycles with multiple stakeholders and growing ACV over time
- Positioning AI + synthetic data as a competitive advantage, not a science experiment
- Landing with Strategy & Research Suite and expanding with Edge Audiences subscriptions
- Driving new logo acquisition while expanding customers into multi-team platforms

Things You’ll Do
- Prospect and close new commercial customers across France or Germany
- Convert pilots into recurring SaaS + data subscriptions
Partner with XM AEs to turn MR into the front door of larger Qualtrics footprints - Win against agencies, panel providers, and legacy research platforms
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Technology/Software sales experience required
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Ability to be curious and ask questions to clients to determine opportunities for impact
- You engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle - from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the Qualtrics product, to negotiating and closing, and beyond.
- You have the agility to adapt, pivot and change your approach based on the needs of your business
- You partner well with internal teams and bring together internal resources that enable successful closure of deals
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Full fluency in German or French
