About you
As part of the New Business People sales team, you bring energy, ownership, and a desire to build strong networks. You're comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and you’re committed to growing your skills and career with us.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
Identify and pursue new business and cross‑sell opportunities for Access People solutions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and proactive prospecting.
Use CRM and social selling tools (including LinkedIn) to generate opportunities and adapt to changes.
Attend events, present ideas, provide excellent customer service, and support colleagues as needed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Proven B2B sales success within HCM or Learning software, including winning new business and cross‑selling SaaS.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working independently and in small teams.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport at all organisational levels.
Strong relationship‑building skills, integrity, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
