About you:  

As a member of the New Business People sales team, we seek an energetic individual who excels both independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your performance and actively building your network. We are committed to supporting your ambitions, whether you aim to excel in your current role or advance within the Access business.

Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Identify and pursue new business & cross sell opportunities for Access People solutions.
  • Use CRM to generate new business and cross-sell opportunities, be comfortable with the social selling approach and able to maximize LinkedIn, and be ready to pivot with market changes or solution updates to ensure you hit your targets.
  • Be able to create and maintain a solid pipeline of prospects, be comfortable discussing them, and keep your pipeline completely up to date to forecast like a pro.
  • You will be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople.
  • Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers.
  • Respond to inquiries quickly, providing feedback to improve team performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring that they reach their intended revenue goals

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Proven success in a B2B sales role specifically within HCM or Learning software, demonstrating the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and effectively cross-sell SaaS solutions to existing clients.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups in person or virtually, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself & the team
  • Acts with integrity, loyalty and honesty.
  • Remain calm and polite at all times, even under intense pressure
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Have a full UK driving licence
