About 11x
About the Role
What You’ll Do
Requirements
Most of what GTM teams do all day isn't selling. It's monotonous work like research, list-building, follow-ups, and data entry - things that should never have been a human job in the first place.
11x is building the AI platform for growth by automating the busywork so GTM teams can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Backed by $75M+ from a16z and Benchmark, headquartered in San Francisco, and trusted by leading teams at Checkr, Xerox, Rillet, and much more. We're hiring ambitious people who want to define how the next generation of companies accelerate growth.
About the Role
We’re hiring a seasoned Account Executive in the UK to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise organisations. This is a high-impact role for a seller who thrives in dynamic environments, understands complex buying cycles, and knows how to navigate multi-stakeholder sales at larger deal sizes.
You’ll be selling category-defining AI technology that radically transforms how companies operate. That means educating prospects, shaping business cases, influencing senior leadership teams, and closing strategic deals that materially impact our growth trajectory.
This is not a traditional AE role—you're joining a high-calibre, scrappy GTM team where you’ll help shape our early playbook, iterate on messaging, and actively partner with product and leadership to accelerate traction in the UK and Europe.
- Own the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing
- Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director) across operations, finance, GTM, and innovation functions
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, balancing velocity with complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to craft compelling solutions that showcase tangible ROI
- Conduct rigorous discovery to understand workflows, quantify value, and tailor AI-driven solutions
- Partner closely with marketing and GTM leadership to refine messaging, GTM motions, competitive positioning, and regional strategy
- Represent 11x in the UK market—industry events, executive meetings, and strategic introductions
- Create repeatable patterns that inform how 11x scales its European sales organisation
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing roles—sales, account management, business development, or related
- 5+ years carrying a direct quota in SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software
- Proven track record closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations; comfort working with companies 1,000–10,000+ employees
- Strong commercial acumen with a knack for building business cases, quantifying value, and driving urgency
- Ability to partner deeply with technical and product teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
- Entrepreneurial approach—resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by building in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives
- UK-based; able to travel to customer sites and collaborate with the US team across time zones
