The Role

Fuse is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join the Insights & Effectiveness team. You will be learning how sponsorship is being planned, executed and measured as well as how we use various data and planning tools to power smarter decision making.


Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:  

  • Work on the delivery of insights reports across a range of retained and ad-hoc clients using TV, digital and social data.
  • Contribute to drawing actionable insights with the Insights team to advise clients on maximizing the potential of their sponsorship value.
  • Support the insights team in their talent and influencer selection process to inform top brand’s decision making when it comes to talent marketing.
  • Use panel survey tools (Global Web Index, TGI…) to understand key audience data to inform sponsorship strategy with the opportunity to learn about media planning and marketing strategy.
  • Support the insights team and wider business by sourcing successful case studies/activations in sport, or key information regarding broadcast rights deals and key events to feed into wider sponsorship strategy.
  • Opportunity to learn how to use a variety of media industry tools including TechEdge, as well as social listening and social analytics tools.

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.

This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
