At Solve Intelligence, we’re building something people actually want - and we have the revenue and traction to prove it.

🏗️ The Role: Full-Stack Account Executive

Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of ARR per month. We’ve built a world-class team of AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. Now, we need a high-energy, ambitious GTM powerhouse to help us scale to $1B+ ARR.

What you’ll own:

  • Build the GTM Motion: You aren't just following a playbook; you’re writing it. You'll architect our sales and growth strategy from the ground up.

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Smash outbound targets, leverage your network, and represent Solve at global IP conferences to book demos and win over key decision-makers.

  • Product Demos: Show the world the future of IP. You’ll teach leaders how to leverage AI to transform their workflows.

  • Closing Deals: Full-cycle ownership from lead to close, working with our Technical IP team to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Product Influence: Act as the bridge between the market and our AI researchers. Your feedback will directly shape the product roadmap.

💡 About Solve Intelligence

  • Impact: Users report 50-90% efficiency gains.

  • Backing: Recently featured in Sifted following our $40M Series B announcement, bringing our total funding to $55M from elite investors including Y Combinator, 20VC, Visionaries and others.

👋 Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be joining a founding team with deep pedigree:

  • Sanj (CRO): PhD in AI (Gatsby Unit, UCL), ex-Huawei R&D, former lead at Magic Carpet AI (acquired).

  • Chris (CEO): PhD in AI (UCL), published researcher, ex-Dyson and Alan Turing Institute.

  • Angus (CTO): MEng Computer Science, ex-Qualcomm and Coremont (Brevan Howard).

🚀 Who You Are

We are a high-performance culture. To thrive here:

  • You move fast: You prioritize speed and aim to close deals in days, not months.

  • You are a "grinder": You have a relentless work ethic and take extreme ownership of outcomes.

  • You are an optimist: You thrive in a positive, high-stakes environment and are eager to learn.

  • You believe in AI: You understand we are at the start of an exponential curve and want to drive mass adoption.

🛠️ What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record as a top-performing AE in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication.

  • A metrics-driven mindset and a willingness to "grind" alongside the founders.

Preferred & Nice-to-Haves:

  • STEM Degree: (Maths, CS, Physics, Engineering, etc.).

  • Legal/IP Background: Experience in patent prosecution or a qualified USPTO/EPO patent attorney/agent.

  • Technical Sales: Experience selling complex products to mid-market or enterprise firms.

  • Entrepreneurial Spark: Side hustles, early-stage experience, or a history of building things.

🎁 What’s In It For You?

  • Compensation: Competitive base + unlimited commission upside.

  • Equity: Meaningful ownership in a high-growth startup.

  • Support: Full visa sponsorship and private medical insurance.

  • Perks: Free meals and the chance to work with the smartest minds in AI.
