What We’re Looking For

Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and have an immediate impact on our exponential growth by selling into the German market.  The successful candidate is a smart, energetic, self-motivated person that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and help hospitality providers solve operational inefficiencies. If you are hard-working, driven, ambitious, and want to bring your previous sales success to the next level, we’d love to chat with you.  We're looking for candidates fluent in both German and English. While this role is fully remote, employees must be located in Spain. 

What You’ll Do

  • Open and develop the German market from the ground up.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and execute a market entry strategy tailored to Germany
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the German market internally, sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
  • Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or related industry.
  • Native or fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (company working language) 
  • SaaS sales experience in the German market 
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Proven experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills
  • Experience opening new markets or selling in a new territory is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
