- Own enterprise sales across EMEA while building and managing strategic channel partner relationships to drive regional revenue growth.
- Develop high-impact channel partner relationships throughout EMEA.
- Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts across a broad and expansive territory.
- Lead consultative discovery engagements to uncover business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demonstrations to Sales, Finance, RevOps leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Execute structured sales methodologies and best practices to drive predictable outcomes.
- Foster strong customer relationships that result in high satisfaction, references, and referral opportunities.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales/pre-sales, with at least 5 years of strategic software selling experience
- Proven experience building and managing strategic enterprise channel partnerships (e.g., ISVs VARs, resellers, or technology alliances) with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong “hunter” mentality with a proven appetite for identifying, opening, and closing new enterprise accounts.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth sales environments.
- Solid understanding of the Revenue Lifecycle and its impact across Sales and Finance operations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including CPQ, to manage deals and pipeline effectively.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue and customer success.
- Ability to establish relationships with C-level clients, business and technical buyers, and key project stakeholders
- Ability to clearly articulate your point of view in a professional manner
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to achieving goals.
- Proven track record of consultative, value-based selling in complex sales environments.
- Experience operating successfully in a remote, field-based sales role with strong territory management discipline
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
