You will be Responsible for: 

Supporting the account team in the management and administration of the client’s motorsports programmes to plan and deliver guest experiences, hosting at track (suite hospitality, partner-provided experiences such as hot laps and paddock tours) in WEC, IMSA and SRO. You will have a particular focus on supplier and asset management, guest programme planning and management along with on-site support as required throughout the year.  

  • Account administration including ownership of status documents, client reporting, programme logistics management 
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of guest communications, collateral and gifting 
  • Research and management of suppliers, from branding to accommodation and transport 
  • Management of guest information, logistics & reports including rooming lists, guest lists, guest itineraries, food and beverage lists 
  • Handle guest information updates and communicate internally and to client as required (Transportation, Hotel, F&B, Tickets, etc.) 
  • Support in planning and managing global hospitality programmes remotely and on-site 
  • On-site event delivery including guest liaison, supplier management and team support 
  • Post event reporting 
  • Turning your hand to support the team deliver whichever motorsport event is coming up, doing it with a smile and learning on the way! 

You will also need to have:  

  • A degree Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Solid Agency experience working in a similar role, ideally with experience in the motor sports hospitality arena.  
  • High level Power Point Skills, Excel and Outlook and a confidence to present internally and externally

  • You’re a natural at building rapport with just about anyone at any level in an organisation.  
  • You have the ability to collaborate across disciplines, departments, and client’s additional agency partners.   
  • You are a focused and performance driven individual, who can think on their feet, use initiative and be comfortable working in a global environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines but within a team environment.  
  • You proactively take on initiatives and drive projects from conception to completion.   
  • You enjoy solving problems and finding creative solutions to difficult challenges.  
  • A desire and flexibility to travel internationally to events throughout the year.
