OVERVIEW

Our London office is hiring an Account Executive to join our award-winning team in London. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, reliable and hard working Events & Hospitality enthusiast that is ready to kickstart their career in high-end events & guest programmes within sport.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of high-end luxury events through experiences working within a team to plan, develop and implement previous events and experiences.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a growing understanding of the requirements and expectations involved in managing a premium hospitality experience at a sporting event.

This role involves supporting our client – a technology/software brand – with its sponsorship of a racing team in Formula One. Reporting into an Events Manager, this individual will be expected to support the wider account team and its hospitality operations from programme design through to execution in market, with international travel to a number of global markets.

From pre-race planning and supplier engagement, to ticket management and on-the-ground logistics – this role requires an organised and outgoing individual, that is willing go the extra mile.

What does the role involve?

  • Working closely with a Hospitality Manager in shaping and innovating the Formula 1 global hospitality and event experience
  • Support with the management of the client hospitality and guest experience programme from planning (research and outreach) to execution (on-the-ground)
  • Responsibility for tracking and utilisation of contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations
  • Occasional International travel to deliver in-market guest programmes, including to host and manage senior level guest logistics (as required)
  • Establish relationships with key rights holders and to meet ongoing approvals and deadlines
  • Source, engage and manage suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Client servicing, reporting, budget tracking and account administration

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

  • An event and hospitality enthusiast with experience in delivering high-end, luxury experiences
  • Ability to manage intricate operations both from the office and whilst out in the field
  • Calm, organised and solution-orientated with meticulous attention to detail and high standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • An agency / client servicing background is preferrable but not essential
  • A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude
