Role Description 

The Executive is tasked with playing a vital role within an International Client Service team. You will work closely with the Associate Account Director to deliver critical business whilst gaining exposure largely to Account Management, but also diverse disciplines including Digital, Research, Communication Planning and Finance.

In this role you will support the Account Manager to project manage centrally briefed campaigns, from developing and agreeing briefs with clients and agency partners through to producing and presenting post-campaign results. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Associate Account Director in implementing the right process and procedures for the effective day-to-day management of all account activity.
  • Liaise with internal local market teams and Kinesso SBUs
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the digital media landscape across EMEA
  • Share knowledge and understanding across the team and wider agency.
  • Identify opportunities and build strategic recommendations alongside local planning teams.
  • Collaborate and build close working relationships with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions to the client and ensure UM gains further momentum within the industry.
  • Manage client finances accurately and timely month-to-month

 

The Client

The International team working on ExxonMobil is the client / brand guardian of all communications and media programmes produced by the agency both centrally and locally. The geographical remit is for Europe.

There are 3 main divisions:

  1. Lubricants & Specialties (engine oils). The main brand is Mobil 1 which entails many different targeting sets across B2C and B2B including support around Motorsports to which Exxon is a supplier for key F1 teams.
  2. Retails Fuels (petrol). The main brand is Esso. This is lead out of the UK with strong markets in UK, France, Germany and Benelux countries.
  3. Public & Government Affairs (corporate communication). Focus is on building awareness of low carbon solutions with a Political audience. This is centralised out of the UK and involves pan regional planning across key markets.

  • Good with Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
