Role Purpose & Impact

Druva is seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to lead business development and account growth based in the UK across EMEA and the Rest of World (ROW). This is a high-impact, new business and expansion role, responsible for increasing adoption of Druva’s Endpoints and Data Security solutions with enterprise, mid-market, and multinational customers.

You will work closely with Druva’s regional sales engineers, channel partners, and marketing teams to deliver trusted SaaS solutions that address critical data protection challenges — including GDPR compliance, backup, insider threat protection, and ransomware recovery. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong cross-cultural relationship building, and the ability to navigate diverse business practices across multiple countries.

What You'll Do
  • Drive sales for Druva’s Endpoints and data protection solutions across assigned accounts in UK, EMEA and ROW.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets through a mix of new customer acquisition and existing account growth.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives, IT leadership, and procurement teams in diverse industry sectors.
  • Manage complex sales cycles that often involve multiple countries, stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with international channel partners, distributors, and systems integrators.
  • Deliver compelling, localised solution demonstrations both virtually and onsite.
  • Maintain awareness of data protection regulations (including GDPR) and regional compliance considerations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-first culture within Druva’s international sales team.
  • Travel as required (up to 25%) for customer meetings, events, and partner engagements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise and/or commercial organisations across multiple EMEA/UK/ROW markets.
  • Proven experience in cloud, backup/recovery, cybersecurity, or infrastructure SaaS solutions.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota in high-growth, competitive markets.
  • Skilled at managing cross-border sales engagements and adapting to local business cultures.
  • Experience building strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, and systems integrators in the region.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and their implications for technology adoption.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high level of personal drive and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

Innovation is how we operate, not a side project. You’ll work in a culture that values bold thinking and continuous improvement, where global teams experiment, iterate, and turn new ideas into products customers can rely on.

If you’re looking for high-ownership work, visible impact, and a culture that values innovation, collaboration, accountability, and growth—where you’ll be trusted to lead and empowered to build—you’ll thrive at Druva.
