What you’ll do

  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and hand-holding during the sales process.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Share insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to improve product-market fit and internal processes.

  • Attend relevant industry events to support Payoneer’s brand and business development goals in the region.

 Who you are

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer needs and tailor solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work across global, cross-functional teams.
