Who You Are

You have a knack for opening doors and making real connections fast. Within minutes, you’re naturally building trust with senior decision-makers, not by pushing an agenda, but by asking the kind of questions that are rooted in genuine curiosity. You ask smart, thoughtful questions that uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities, and you know how to listen between the lines. Before long, you’re building rapport across multiple stakeholders and setting the stage for what comes next.

You live for the chase by identifying the right accounts, crafting personalized outreach that cuts through the noise, and turning strategy into momentum. You’re goal-driven, focused, and just the right amount of competitive. You’re always refining your sales craft, knowing that enterprise sales is as much about the big picture as it is about the details like aligning with a prospect’s business strategy or getting the tone of an email just right. At Swoogo, sales is a team sport, and you know how to show up, collaborate, and help everyone win. We’re a global organization with sales team members across NAMER, EMEA & APAC.

Are you already calculating a strategy to win this job? You might be our next Account Executive, EMEA.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, balancing inbound and outbound opportunities, with clean CRM hygiene at all times
  • Create territory and account plans that accurately map your highest propensity-to-buy targets and the strategy to win them
  • Deliver reliable forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including pipeline health, risks, and upside potential
  • Leverage data and insights from your accounts to evolve your account strategy and increase your win rate
  • Execute with urgency on inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, progression through the funnel, and maximum conversion
  • Lead a consultative sales process by becoming an expert in both the events industry and the Swoogo platform
  • Drive collaboration across departments and teams, including Sales Development, Account Management, Product Enablement, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive customer journey
  • Consistently meet or exceed your targets, driving both revenue and new logo acquisition across EMEA
What You’ve Done Before
  • 3-4+ years of proven experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales, with at least 3 years as an Account Executive in a closing role (SDR experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Proficient in sales forecasting
  • Demonstrated success in generating net-new pipeline and closed-won revenue through outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling across multiple European markets, with an understanding of how buying behaviour and decision-making vary by region

  • Formal training in solution or consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
  • Experience in events or event technology
