Account Executive

Maximise the opportunities from existing business. Nurture it. Get out there and wins some more. That’s your brief - and you’ll get all the freedom you need to impress us. Finding leads. Converting them. Then managing every account so every customer is a happy one.

What you’ll do:

  • Initially, this role will support the entire team through both account management and new business generation before you move to a territory role

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

  • Manage, retain, and develop accounts

  • Grow the customer base to generate new revenue

  • Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions, coordinate efforts to meet customer needs

  • Respond to internal and external customer concerns

  • Engaging presentations and seamless onboarding for new customers

 

What you’ll need:

  • A solid B2B sales background

  • Experience in uncovering new business leads through door-knocking, LinkedIn, Cold calling, etc.

  • Persistence and influence to close sales, good communication and teamwork skills

  • A natural way with people and instinct for knowing how to exceed expectations

  • You take pride in your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Organization and experience with MS Office

  • If you’ve worked in supply chain and logistics, so much the better

  • Problem-solving and time management skills

  • Impressive customer focus and comprehensive product knowledge

  • A full, clean driving license (for at least two years)

  • You must be at least 21 due to our car insurance scheme
