Job Description:
As the founding Account Executive, you will take over the sales engine from the CEO to drive revenue for an AI platform transforming property management. You’ll own the full mid-market deal cycle, running tailored demos for C-suite stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy as the company scales its managed units 14x.

Location: Remote, UK/Europe

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from SDR handoff to close, managing consultative 3-6 month deals with property operators and C-suite executives.

  • Deliver high-quality, technical product demos that translate AI capabilities into clear operational value for BTR, PBSA, and multifamily sectors.

  • Partner directly with the CEO to refine pricing, positioning, and messaging while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast in the CRM.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals with a track record of running live demos and navigating complex procurement.

  • Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility with both operational and technical stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, ideally within PropTech, real estate, or operations-heavy software sectors.
