Job Description:
DXC is expanding its footprint within a major global bank, moving beyond infrastructure and ITO into Consulting & Engineering Services—including transformation, software engineering, applications, data and AI.
We’re looking for a Director of CES to lead this expansion, build a new team, grow revenue, and position DXC as a strategic partner. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant growth opportunity.
What You’ll Do- Lead the CES growth strategy within the bank.
- Identify, shape and win new opportunities across engineering, applications, data and AI.
- Build strong senior relationships with technology and business leaders.
- Lead consulting-led conversations and influence transformation agendas.
- Build and scale a high-performing CES team.
- Own commercial performance, including revenue, margin and deal shaping.
- Senior leadership background in Financial Services IT services.
- Experience across consulting, software engineering, applications, data and/or AI.
- A strong track record winning work in large banks and displacing incumbent providers.
- Commercial acumen and experience owning major revenue targets.
- Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Background from a major consulting firm, systems integrator or global services provider.
- Establishing CES leadership presence within 3–6 months.
- Growing revenue from ~$5m to $18m in Year 1.
- Building a robust pipeline to support long-term account growth.
- Strong client advocacy and positioning DXC as a trusted strategic partner.
- Direct ownership of a high-growth strategic account.
- Opportunity to build a new CES capability from the ground up.
- Medium/long-term expansion potential up to $300m+.
- High visibility, autonomy, and influence across DXC and the client.
