Technimove is on the lookout for an Account Director, this individual will be a key player in an established team that is focussed on driving new business / existing customer relationships and will be responsible for managing a range of diverse, high-profile accounts. You will undertake a highly client facing, commercial role encompassing client and account management, business development, solutions and strategic selling and engage with the wider business for project delivery. You will effectively run a mini-business and be supported by the wider internal sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day client relationship, making sure that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner

  • Win and close net new customers is a priority whilst creating a long-term business relationship with existing customers

  • Deliver profitable revenue growth in-line with set business targets

  • Stay on top of what your client’s competitors are doing and share insights with the wider business and various management levels

  • Own your projects from concept to end of project review – including collating results, writing case studies in collaboration with the marketing division and sharing learning’s with other Client Directors

  • Take responsibility for commercial management of your accounts, including accurate forecasting on a weekly basis, maintaining the CRM and management of customer related issues and invoicing corrections

  • Work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams. Actively contribute to the Client Services & project teams, participating in regular meetings & training

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience

  • Prior experience selling Infrastructure services (Data Centre Migration and Professional Services is a bonus)

  • Demonstrate strong solutions sales skills, with the ability to understand the individuality of each client

  • Have experience of both new business and account management

  • Previous experience using HubSpot is desired
