About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Account Director or Senior Account Director to help drive the next phase of growth for Zeno London’s award-winning Corporate Reputation team.
You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, helping them protect, shape and communicate their corporate stories with purpose and creativity.
This is a hands-on role, reporting into the Corporate Reputation leadership team, where you’ll:
Lead day-to-day client relationships and provide senior strategic counsel,
Drive impactful integrated, cross-channel communication programmes,
Oversee budgets and delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage,
Support and mentor brilliant junior talent – helping them (and you) grow fast,
Contribute to new business efforts: spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and pitching with flair,
Collaborate across our brand and tech teams to create powerful, joined-up work,

About You
You’ll be an experienced corporate communications professional who:
Has agency experience (ideally global) and thrives in a fast-paced environment,
Brings solid knowledge across corporate reputation, ESG, sustainability, issues & crisis and stakeholder comms,
Understands both traditional and digital media landscapes,
Is commercially minded, creative and unafraid to challenge conventional thinking,
Loves motivating teams and developing talent,
Has experience leading integrated, multi-market campaigns,
Is proactive, collaborative – and has a cracking sense of humour.
In short: you’re as strategic as you are hands-on, and you know how to deliver real impact for clients.
