What does a Win Creative Account Director do at Hogarth?

What is Win?

The win campaign celebrates the brand’s Testimonees’ (sponsored athletes) achievements across global sporting events. If a Testimonee wins a particular sporting event, the brand will ask to activate the ‘win project’ to communicate about the win across desired channels. The main sports disciplines are golf, tennis, equestrian, sailing, motorsport and ski. The majority of win projects happen over the weekends and are extremely time sensitive and complex in its management liaising with multiple senior client stakeholders, partner agencies and internal teams.

The role

This is a full time FTC role- 12 months initially, part of the Creative Account team at the Workshop (Client dedicated creative department within Hogarth). The role requires to be working across the 8x most important sporting events weekends of the year and to only ever be a point of escalation over regular weekends.
