Join our sales team as an ADR and help us open doors with new customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives and directly impacting revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect new accounts via phone, email and LinkedIn and turn cold contacts into warm conversations.
- Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Run targeted outreach sequences based on smart research on accounts and stakeholders.
- Keep your pipeline and activities organized in our CRM and consistently hit or exceed your meeting and pipeline targets.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/ADR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, in email and on social.
- A competitive, coachable mindset: you like feedback, experiment with new approaches and play to win.
- Experience with CRM and modern sales tools is a plus, not a deal-breaker.
