The Account Coordinator will manage client relationships, campaign execution, and performance analysis while supporting the team administratively and with invoicing.

We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Coordinator to join the Hypebeast team. The ideal candidate needs to have a genuine enthusiasm and excitement for the industry and should be eager to learn from those around them. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best brands in the world. They will report into the Director of Account Servicing, EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management
- Manage clients and media agencies for small/medium supplied asset campaigns and some small produced campaigns such as event recaps or franchises (around 8-10 projects at any one time).
- Obtaining logos, ad tags, copy, and videos from clients in a timely manner and delivering to the relevant teams. Liaising with clients on feedback rounds and approvals ahead of go live.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage positive sentiment post-campaign.
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Manage internal teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.
- Ensure project timings and deadlines are adhered to, bringing in the right people at the right time.
- Assist in managing insertion orders, campaign scheduling and inventory conflict resolution across our various platforms and verticals (on IG and TikTok primarily).
- Ad Operations & Quality Assurance (QA)
- Collect and QA ad tags and creative; monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across systems.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse performance and ensure delivery of client objectives.
- Creating end of campaign reports that show the client exactly what their ads looked like on our socials and .com along with the relevant data points to prove campaign success.
- Support more senior members of the team with producing large end of campaign reports for clients.
- Administrative & System Support
- Provide administrative support to the team including but not limited to assisting with invoicing, chasing unpaid invoices, managing the delivery of case studies, internal comms.
Requirements:
- Graduate in marketing, communication, fashion or related fields.
- 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and detail-minded.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules and pressure.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising.
