About the Role:

Samba TV is looking for a strategic Account Coordinator for our UK team. This position will help lead media planning and reporting in partnership with Sales Executives. You will facilitate the management of all aspects of the campaign from the pre-sales cycle through mid-campaign management and post-sale servicing providing an exceptional end-to-end

experience for your clients. The role will be pivotal in maintaining client growth and renewals, and will be at the forefront of our ever-evolving managed, programmatic, data services.

The Account Coordinator will focus on delivering best-in-class service to their clients by providing proactive strategic and consultative solutions and ensuring client objectives/KPIs are met, whilst operating between various key stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales in the full campaign life-cycle, assisting in the planning, activation, and delivery of reports for client campaigns.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company’s value proposition across its product solutions, focusing on data and media.
  • Assist in providing strategic recommendations to advertisers based on agency requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication of campaign details and flawless execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for campaign coordination, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, helping to compile and communicate key findings to clients through proactive reports and post-campaign wrap-ups.
  • Manage multiple client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Learn to troubleshoot campaign issues, particularly in collaboration with programmatic teams. Gain exposure to working with multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs) and learning technical requirements (e.g. pixel implementation).
  • Support efforts to secure additional revenue through campaign extensions and renewals, assisting in the long-term growth of client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in account coordination, client services, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience are acceptable).
  • Familiarity or strong interest in digital advertising, especially in the video or programmatic space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • An interest in working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a focus on adaptability and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
