As an Account-based Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role in tailoring and optimizing marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of specific markets, industries, and key accounts. You will ensure that global campaigns are effectively localized, culturally relevant, and aligned with the priorities of target audiences, all while maintaining Welcome Pickups’ brand consistency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging analytics to track and enhance campaign performance, you will directly contribute to driving engagement, lead generation, and ROI across diverse regions and sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Adaptation
    • Adapt global marketing campaigns to meet the needs of specific markets (e.g., Spain, LATAM), industries (e.g., hospitality, transportation), and key accounts.
    • Tailor existing materials (emails, landing pages, ads, presentations) to address cultural nuances, local trends, and the unique pain points of priority personas.
    • Ensure all adaptations maintain Welcome Pickups’ global brand consistency and messaging standards.
    • Customize content to align with current focus personas (e.g., decision-makers in travel operations, boutique hotel managers, etc.).
    • Work with design and content teams to fine-tune existing assets for maximum relevance and impact based on target audience priorities.
  • Campaign Optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance across target markets, industries, and accounts, using metrics like engagement rates, lead conversion, and ROI.
    • Identify areas for refinement (e.g., messaging, channel mix, or timing) and implement small optimizations to improve effectiveness.
    • Provide feedback and performance insights to the broader marketing team to inform future iterations.
  • Event and Trade Show Support
    • Support the planning and execution of regional events and trade shows to promote Welcome Pickups and engage local partners.
    • Ensure event outreach aligns with target markets, focus industries, or strategic accounts.
    • Support lead follow-up processes and post-event reporting to ensure ROI tracking.
  • Collaboration and Alignment
    • Act as the key link between the B2B marketing team and local execution teams (e.g., sales, business development, etc.).
    • Align campaign adaptations and optimizations with broader business goals and sales priorities.
    • Share localized feedback and insights to help refine global strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track the performance of localized campaigns, sharing clear and actionable insights on their impact.
    • Identify patterns or trends within specific markets, industries, or account groups to help refine future adaptations.
Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and HubSpot CRM.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Familiarity with the travel & hospitality industry will be a great plus.

    • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies.
