We are seeking a strategic and results-driven ABM Manager to lead the adaptation and execution of marketing content across regional markets. This role will ensure that centrally developed content is effectively localised for different cultural and industry-specific contexts while maintaining brand consistency.
In addition to content localisation, this role will support account-based marketing (ABM) programs that enhance engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content marketing, localisation strategies, and a data-driven approach to personalisation.
Key Responsibilities

Content Localisation Strategy: Work closely with the centralized product marketing team to adapt and localise messaging, assets, and campaigns for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.

Industry-Specific Content Creation: Develop and tailor SEO-optimized content that aligns with local industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.

ABM Execution: Work with regional leads in the development of multi-channel ABM programs tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging 1:1, 1:few, and collaborate on 1:many approaches.

Hyper-Personalized Campaigns: Create and execute highly customized outreach strategies that cater to regional audiences, driving engagement and conversion.

Product Marketing Alignment: Work with the centralized product marketing team to ensure interlock with local product offerings and drive consistent messaging while tailoring assets for local audiences.

Data & Performance Analytics: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of localized content and ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion.

Technology & Tools: Utilize content management systems, ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to execute and track programs.

Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with region-specific insights, playbooks, and content to enhance account conversations and accelerate deal velocity.

Continuous Optimization: Test and refine content and marketing strategies to improve effectiveness and maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads, customer engagement specialists, and revenue growth strategist to align content initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing.

Proven ability to design and execute successful ABM strategies that drive engagement and revenue.

Experience working closely with sales and GTM teams to align marketing and sales efforts.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Proficiency in ABM platforms, marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
