What you will deliver


With a strong focus on Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing, this role will be centred around all things digital, from managing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc) to owning core digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, Marketing automations and emails). You will drive growth through planning, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on creating meaningful relationships through content distributing through digital channels, and ultimately optimise conversion pathways to drive inbound inquiries that result in pipeline generation.

Core responsibilities

  • Digital content creation distribution: Work alongside the marketing team to develop and distribute compelling digital content across various channels, including social media, email, and web. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Email communications management: Lead the management and operations email marketing efforts through HubSpot, including the creation and optimisation of new email templates and journeys. Ensure that all email communications are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively engage our audience while being CCPA & GDPR-compliant. Drive performance and conversations through email marketing journeys.
  • Social media management: Own the performance of social channels, like LinkedIn. From management and planning of the organic posts to building brand awareness, engage and build audience and drive traffic to the website.
  • Paid digital advertising: Own the planning, budget and ROI for paid LinkedIn campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic to website and ultimately, conversion to pipeline opportunities.
  • Performance tracking and optimisation: Drive reporting and analyse digital marketing performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

What we are looking for

  • The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience of delivering our list of core responsibilities, ideally within a fintech business. Experience of working within a scale-up business would be an advantage. As well as the technical knowledge, we're looking for someone who will take ownership of our digital marketing activities, using our various channels to generate demand for our platform.
