Are you an Account Based Marketing (ABM) pro?  If so, you’re in the right place. We’re looking for an experienced ABM Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic and high-performing Global Performance Marketing team.

This role sits within the American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) marketing team.  Our marketing team takes great pride in our authentic leadership, serving customers worldwide and consistently delivering excellence. We are currently undergoing a transformation focused on customer centricity, using data, technology, and creative excellence to establish an exceptional connection with clients of all sizes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ABM campaigns, with a strong proficiency in 6sense and Salesforce, and a deep understanding of driving targeted B2B strategies to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll plan, implement, and optimise 1:1 account-based marketing strategies and campaigns for Amex GBT master brand and solutions within the multi-national segment.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align ABM efforts with account strategies and priorities. 
  • Collaborate with content, digital and creative teams and agencies to produce high-impact campaign assets.
  • You will use 6sense to identify account insights, buying intent signals and engagement opportunities. You will be proficient in Salesforce which will be used for data capture, account tracking and campaign measurement.  You will also continuously enrich account data to improve targeting accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Use data analysis and work with commercial teams to identify the key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Work alongside creative agencies to design marketing tactics that resonate with their needs and interests.
  • Work with digital growth and marketing ops teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social media, display, email marketing, webinars and events to engage with the target accounts effectively.
  • Use 6sense to monitor and track the performance of ABM campaigns, optimising tactics regularly to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse campaign metrics, such as engagement rates, conversions, and pipeline impact, to measure the success of their initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure leads are followed up and cultivated effectively.
  • Stay informed on ABM trends, tools and best practises to continuously enhance our ABM approach.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or related field.
  • Validated experience (5+ years) of handling 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns, with a consistent track record of success in B2B marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using 6sense to handle and optimise ABM campaigns is a requirement.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce for data capture, CRM management and campaign tracking is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems including Marketo, Outreach, and Pathfactory is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing principles and how to integrate them with broader marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work across teams including sales, marketing and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in crafting messaging for different audience segments.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a genuine curiosity for experimentation.

     

Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
