The ABM & B2B Program Manager will drive B2B marketing efforts, manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers in the US, UK, and ANZ, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an user journey management or equivalent marketing role
- Deep understanding with the B2B user journey and ABMs strategy
- Excellent analytical skills. Experience working with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers.
- Experience using Looker & Salesforce - an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous eye
- Ability to switch between multiple projects, focus on execution, and adhere to deadlines
- Team player, proactive, motivated and organized.
