We are looking for a hands-on Software Architect to help define and drive the next generation of enterprise SaaS solutions

This is not a purely strategic architecture role. The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering expertise, hands-on architecture and prototyping capabilities, cloud and DevOps knowledge, and strong technical leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Define and evolve the architecture vision and technical roadmap for a large-scale SaaS platform.
  • Design complex enterprise systems with scalability, security, maintainability, and long-term business objectives in mind.
  • Build working prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that development teams can leverage.
  • Remain hands-on with engineering teams while driving architectural standards and best practices.
  • Partner with other architects to define platform architecture and technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product leaders to ensure architecture supports the product roadmap.
  • Work with executive leadership on strategic technology initiatives.
  • Drive the design and integration of major new platform capabilities.
  • Lead architectural decisions involving cloud, APIs, messaging, data, DevOps, and application modernization.
  • Lead and support legacy modernization initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor architects, senior engineers, and software developers.
  • Establish engineering standards and processes for delivering high-quality software.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to the platform.
  • Leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Significant experience designing and architecting complex enterprise web applications and SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on software engineering background — this is not a purely managerial position.
  • Experience defining and delivering technology and architecture roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of scalable, secure, enterprise-grade software architecture.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and leading technical initiatives in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with MultiValue databases, such as UniData, UniVerse, or similar technologies.
  • Strong experience with DevOps practices, including containerization, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and automation.
  • Experience with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
  • Experience deploying and troubleshooting cloud-hosted applications.
  • Experience participating in or leading legacy application modernization initiatives.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence engineers, architects, Product leaders, and executives.
  • Advanced English (C1 preferred) for technical and strategic communication with international stakeholders.
⭐ Additional Experience
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted software engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging open-source technologies.
  • Experience modernizing large-scale enterprise or legacy SaaS platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-oriented decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
