We need an English-fluent Fullstack Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of NetSuite-based solutions and assist in the development of backend projects.
- Work directly with our UX team to develop creative solutions to complex supply-chain problems and plan the implementation of new features.
- Ensure compliance with our SDLC; ensure best practices are being followed as much as possible for secure coding and a robust testing environment.
- Work directly with our clients to identify and implement creative solutions to complex technical problems involving traceability in global supply chains.
- Work as part of a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies to rapidly deploy new technologies.
- Ask questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing front-ends for API-driven web applications, with a focus on NetSuite development.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing back-ends for API-driven web applications using .NET.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and integration with other platforms
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgresSQL preferred).
- Experience with development for cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Experience with Git and GitHub in a team environment, including code reviews.
- Experience with CI/CD and related DevOps patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
- Continued learning and research into emerging technologies, trends, and patterns relevant to backend development.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and related software (such as Azure DevOps).
- Experience writing end-to-end tests (Selenium preferred).
- Knowledge and experience in creating unit tests and integration tests.
- Experience with and ability to implement secure coding practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,500 (negotiable) per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This client usually hires for an initial trial period of 4-6 weeks, which may be proposed as part-time.
- If agreed to a part-time for the trial period, the compensation will be proportional to the full-time expectation.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
