Job Description

BPG is looking for a motivated, organized individual to support the Real Estate Investor Relations team in London. Responsibilities cover all European real estate including ownership, coordination and execution of quarterly deliverables and ongoing investor relations activities in Europe, and collaboration with the broader team, based in London and New York, on ad hoc projects and requests.

 

Key responsibilities:

-         Assist with the coordination and preparation of investor reports, presentations and communications including:

·         Quarterly fund investor reports

·         Quarterly call presentations

·         Quarterly case studies

·         Annual meeting presentations

·         Investor meeting materials

·         Fund/transaction updates

·         Investment summaries

-         Ad hoc reports, presentations and communications

-         Support fundraising initiatives across the real estate platform including preparation of marketing materials (fund launch, pitchbook, PPM, ad hoc presentations, etc.) and responding to investor quantitative and qualitative inquiries

-          Ongoing support of existing and prospective investors, monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requests

-          Represent IR in the region and serve as go-to IR contact for all Europe-specific products and investments

 

Qualifications:

-          4-5-years’ experience

-          Preference for working knowledge of real estate fundamentals

-          Excellent writing and communication skills

-          Creative prowess to translate complicated financial data into a simple story / message

-          Superior organization skills with great attention to detail

-          Willingness and capability to take ownership of products/deliverables

-          Comfortable working independently

-          Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
