It’s an exciting time to join proSapient – as we rapidly scale, we’re building out our IT team globally. Reporting into the IT Director, this role would suit someone that enjoys leading IT project-related infrastructure work in security and cloud services.   

As we plan for the next period of growth it’s important that the right technologies and processes are put into place, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the road map is designed in such a way that we are implementing a secure and resilient future. 

*This is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home 2 days a week.*

The key duties of this role will include:

  • Providing hands-on technical infrastructure configuration support across the IT landscape across all four offices and remote workers (London, Raleigh, Lisbon & Toronto).
  • Acting as an escalation point to other engineers on projects and support requests.
  • Providing system and network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, internet access, office systems and applications support).
  • Assisting in rolling out global IT standards, in line with expectations and frameworks.
  • Ensuring best practices are adhered to when handling security threats and breaches also when conducting investigation techniques. i.e. CIS benchmark, NIST, ISO27001, NCSC etc.
  • Working with various teams internally in order to improve security systems spanning across the whole organisation, assisting by providing essential knowledge of security systems.
  • Working on projects as required, supporting the IT Director & other teams in project delivery; build deployment, including providing technical advice.
  • Working in partnership with our IT Director on all other tasks as required, to build an efficient global IT function.
  • Acting as the IT Expert for proSapient by keeping abreast of the technology and innovation landscape, suggesting areas for continual improvement in technology, efficiency, and functionality across proSapient.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an IT sysadmin role at Level 3 (3-5 years' experience at this level is ideal for this role).
  • Previous experience working in a rapidly growing or globally located company would be preferred for this role, although not essential.
  • Previous experience implementing and managing Microsoft Azure technologies such as Defender, Intune, Enterprise Apps, and conditional access policies is essential.  
  • Previous experience with MS PowerApps would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience managing SIEM solutions in particular MS Sentinel.
  • Previous experience managing M365 services.
  • A keen interest in developing a career in Cyber Security or hands-on experience working with cyber technology.
  • Managing corporate compliance across multiple cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco products such as Meraki and Umbrella would be beneficial, in particular maintaining MX and MS products.
  • Knowledge of how standards such as ISO27001 are created and maintained.
  • Experience maintaining enterprise email security solutions such as Mimecast.
  • High-level AWS configuration experience would be beneficial.
