3D Digital Project Manager

HF is part of a global group with offices in Portland/Oregon, Milan and Verona. Our UK office is based just off Old Street in the heart of London’s creative tech community. 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a mindful, proactive, and results-driven Digital Project Manager to join our London office. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of 3D content, editorial, animation, eCommerce, and digital media campaigns. Leveraging your technical expertise in 3D technology, you will interpret client briefs with precision, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and ensure flexible, high-quality delivery tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise & Brief Interpretation:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical and creative requirements, ensuring briefs are thoroughly analyzed and translated into detailed project plans.
  • Leverage a strong background in 3D production, animation pipelines, and digital media technologies to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Project Leadership:
  • Manage multiple, complex projects from initiation to completion, maintaining efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Adapt to shifting project scopes or technologies, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust through transparent communication and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Flexible Delivery:
  • Utilize agile methodologies to adapt workflows and timelines based on changing project requirements.
  • Ensure the integration of emerging technologies into existing frameworks for innovative and efficient delivery.
• Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and oversee detailed production schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain flexibility to recalibrate plans in response to technical constraints or evolving client needs.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Act as a quality control gatekeeper across all project stages, ensuring deliverables meet technical standards and client expectations.
• Budget & Scope Oversight:
  • Monitor project budgets and manage scope changes, maintaining alignment between financials and project goals.

• A strong technical foundation and proven experience managing digital content projects, including 3D imagery and animation.
• Ability to handle complex, concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and teams toward the best solutions.

• Proficiency in planning tools and processes, ensuring full visibility across project lifecycles.
