The 360 Sales Executive role is a dynamic and consultative role which involves working directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect and close new business across a designated territory. This is an outbound role which involves a 360° approach to the Firmex sales process, with a focus on growing the subscription book.
As a 360 Sales Executive, you will:
- Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all assigned leads.
- Prospect for new named accounts, meetings with set KPI’s and bookings targets.
- Develop original ideas and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns focused on driving demand.
- Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline of 3-4 times your sales quota.
- Develop a recurring book of business with a view to converting to reoccuring accounts.
- Conduct customer-focused sales presentations largely over web-conference calls.
- Create and deliver quotations and presentations to prospects, and quarterback responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires and legal comments.
What you'll need to be successful as a 360 Sales Executive:
- Fluent in German and English
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience - we are industry agnostic.
- Proven track record for cold calling and outbound activities.
- Proven ability to generate demand through outbound activity, build a sales pipeline and close new business.
- Strong ability to ask good questions, listen and present compelling solutions.
- Likes to contribute to a positive team culture.
- High achievement orientation.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills.
