Job Description:
Functions
- Action all tickets to ensure all tickets are updated/closed in a timely manner as per the SLA.
- Answer all calls and transfer to relevant parties and answered within 3 rings.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets/KPI’s
- All emails are responded to within 30 minutes of receipt
- Take corrective action and communicate any errors to relevant parties
- Liaise with both internal and external customers
- Attend daily internal meetings
- Multi-task/Cross train across all accounts
- Track hourly performance against preset targets
- Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant systems (TIMS, SNOW etc.)
- Engineer booking and labelling with various suppliers
- Producing internal systems picking and label printing to Warehouse Team
Personal Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous work experience in an office environment
- Completion of background investigation
- Strong people skills
- Good moral character
- Strong people skills
- Microsoft office experience and proficient in Microsoft excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid experience
- Available to work extended hours as required
