Work Experience Programme Overview

Our work experience programme will take place from 20 July to 24 July 2026.  It is designed to give students a broad, practical introduction to global finance and will help them make an informed decision about their future. Our programme offers the opportunity to:

  • Explore diverse business areas and roles within a bank
  • Gain hands-on experience through job shadowing
  • Network with colleagues across our core functions: Global Markets, Global Corporate Investment Banking and Corporate Functions
  • Cultivate key employability skills such CV writing & interviewing techniques

Entry requirements

The programme is tailored for individuals in Year 12 and 13, with a keen interest in financial services.

Applications for the 2026 programme close on 5 April 2026. We recruit on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible.
