Your future role at QRT: 

  • Gain hands-on experience in how exchange data, vendor licensing, and inventory management support a global investment environment. 
  • This internship offers exposure to the operational and regulatory frameworks that govern market data usage, as well as the tools, processes, and relationships that enable compliant, cost-efficient access to critical financial information. 
  • Assist with contract and vendor records maintenance, ensuring data such as pricing, user access, and departmental allocations are accurately captured 
  • Help update and maintain the market data inventory database, supporting accurate tracking of usage and entitlements 
  • Support day-to-day vendor interactions, including information requests and issue resolution 
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting preparation and support month-end tasks, including exchange usage reviews 
  • Help prepare for internal and external audits by organising documentation and summarising contract data 
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and basic procurement processes (e.g., validating license usage and cost allocations) 
  • Work with the team to test or onboard new tools that improve process efficiency (e.g., inventory or ticketing systems) 

Your present skillset: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field, with Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems a plus  
  • You must be a penultimate or final year student to apply 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
  • Interest in market infrastructure, financial data, or vendor licensing 
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with any inventory systems, databases, or procurement tools is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating in a team environment
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the operational backbone of financial markets
