You will be joining a community of graduates and interns, who are all looking to build a future career within QRT. Your future role at QRT:

Internal Communications

  • Contribute to internal updates that keep colleagues informed and connected 
  • Help manage content on our internal communications platform 
  • Work with teams across QRT to gather stories and updates 

Event Coordination & Support

  • Assist in planning and delivering internal and external events (e.g. exhibitions, conferences, networking sessions, and socials) 
  • Help with logistics such as venue booking, catering, and guest coordination 
  • Support on-site operations to ensure events run smoothly 
  • Occasional travel and extended hours may be required around major events 

Branding & Marketing

  • Support LinkedIn updates and comms related to external events 
  • Manage conference merchandise orders and shipments 
  • Help ensure visual brand consistency across event materials 

Your present skillset:

  • A penultimate or final year student, or recent graduate with an interest in Events, Marketing and/or Communications
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks 
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication 
  • A proactive mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving 
  • Familiarity with social media, Canva, or graphic design tools (a plus, but not essential) 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a team
