Your future role at QRT

The successful candidate will join a growing Data Analytics team within Talent Development & HR. In this role, you will contribute by leveraging data science and analytical expertise to design, build, and deploy innovative data products and solutions. You will be collaborating with the team and have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with deploying workforce analytics solutions using advanced data analyses
  • Develop and maintain our products, including dashboards, reports, and models, to provide actionable insights for our stakeholders.
  • Managing the data lifecycle, from collection to visualization, while ensuring strong data integrity
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Ideate and experiment ways to leverage human capital data to support business decisions and strategy
  • Staying up to date on new processes, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science, and sharing insights with the team

Your present skillset 

  • Recent graduate with a degree that involves data analyses, data science or statistics
  • Intermediate proficiency in python and its associated libraries (Pandas, Plotly, Dash, ML etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Experience with Plotly Dash, Power BI and Tableau or any other data visualization tools
  • Keen interest in human capital data and an enthusiasm for digging into large datasets
  • Previous experience in conducting mixed method data projects is preferred
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Self-starter who can organize their own workload as well as assisting others
